Booking procedure

For final booking we request names & prenames, chosen hotelcategory, arrival flight number, credit card number & expiration date and full home address with phone number.

After your booking you get a detailed travel program with confirmed prices and hotels.

If you agree, you reconfirm by e-mail and we charge your credit card.

 

Cancellations

In case of cancellation after final booking we have to charge following fees:


Until 30 days prior to arrival = 10% of arrangement, minimum CHF 100.00 per order
29-10 days prior to arrival = 20% of arrangement
09-04 days prior to arrival = 30% of arrangement
03 days to arrival day = 90% of arrangement
